The fact is that NONE of us know the true story.
That statement should be the closing statement in this (and many others) threads.

I am curious to this as wellSo, do we have a (any reliable) source that Slash is blocking the DVD? Or just rumors?
So, do we have a (any reliable) source that Slash is blocking the DVD? Or just rumors?
LOL dude, don't you know that everything negative that happens to Axl and his version can be traced back to Slash somehow?
Everything is always Slash's fault.
To be a real Axl fan.........we must hate Slash.
UK Subs reported yesterday that he has two sources saying that Slash is blocking the release because (a) he doesn't get enough money, or (b) just to spite Axl. And, no, Groghan, I don't think UK Subs is an Axl-nutter/Slash-hater or whatever.
Thanks, somehow I missed Subs' post.

I've got my own head, so what Axl thinks/likes/hates... is not really relevant to me.

I didn't even know there was another gig today
Didn't see anything about song voting on Twitter.
Me neither. I just saw the setlist on facebook earlier and was like "what Tokyo Dome show?".

There were so many gigs on the 50 & Counting tour that were so much better than Hyde Park. Hyde Park had possibly the 2 most boring setlists of the whole tour, a different stage set (Which, let's face it - had nothing on the tongue stage), and the band weren't firing on all cylinders the way they were for most of the US gigs and Glastonbury. Throw in the fact that the last two tours have each had box sets with 3 gigs, and the fact that they didn't even bother to release the full Hyde Park gig, it was just a disappointment.
When you take it for what it is, it's not bad. And I'll be the first to admit the cinematography on it is nothing short of beautiful. But for the Stones' standards it doesn't meet expectations.
Midnight Rambler from Hyde Park Live CD is one of my favorite performances of this song.

All they have to do is drop which ever songs they are asked to. Although Aero booked the big football stadium in mid summer. It was going to be sultry. Metallica at the same time booked and sold out the Mercedes Benz Arena for two nights. They had to drop One to play. Maybe Aero will come to play the Arena.
Aerosmith has never played China before though, right? The Stones have been there, so at least they know what they're getting themselves into.
I'm just passing through really. Last time mick said wouldn't want to corrupt any xpats and their girlfriends. I'm not hundred percent the show will happen. Aerosmith cancelled.
Are you actually from China? I never really believed it, so I just ran an IP checkLast time Beast of Burden, Honky Tonk Woman and Let's Spend the Night Together were banned so I'm hoping for Memory Motel or Rocks Off.
My only worry is Stones wont sell enough tickets to fill 18k arena.
Not sure why, but this reminds me on... Let's Spend Some Time Together

"Charlie is my darling" is great! Kind of must-see material. A lot of awesome clips are also in "Crossfire Hurricane", which is also great documentary.
You can really see a genius behind a Brian Jones image.

Damn, I hope this is true. I'd go in South America to see them... just to feel the audience (which is crazy over there)
What's your favorite thing about Myles Kennedy?

He is a great guy. Good singer and performer, nice to fans... and he works with Slash.
