  1. As this person has now leaked the studio version of Ballad of Death, we can rule out the notion that HV is responsible.

    Really? where is it?

Bonham is also saying at gunsnfnroses.com that Silkworms and Oh My god the full songs might have leaked as well.

It's on a certain Soundcloud account.

I wonder where this person obtained full songs? MSL perhaps? The mask is slipping.

Refreshing his/her account every 5 minutes to see if something new has leaked, huh? :D

  2. - I think GN'R shouldn't release Chinese Democracy - so it still would be one of those "mystical albums"

    - I don't even like (or wanted to like) a lot of post Lies stuff, because I wanted GN'R to be raw, nasty and sexy rock 'n' roll like in the 80s

    - Axl looked ridiculous on the UYI tour

    - I hate the 10+ minutes long KOHD versions whit that stupid reggae part

    - Izzy hasn't released a bad song yet... well, I don't listen his stuff that much, but all songs are cool

    - Steven Adler is the definiton of rock 'n' roll. When he was gone, the energy wasn't right.

    - Axl is like a little girl - "I'll go on stage when I'm ready; We could released a tons of stuff, but I'm not ready;...". Slash was right, just shut up and sing, you're Axl Rose for God's sake!

    - Slash looks cool with his guitar on stage, you know... because he's Slash. Other guitarists are just some random guys.

  3. It's been argued before, but all officially released versions of "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" have Matt drumming. As mentioned earlier, the mixing on the Days of Thunder version has slightly different mixing and takes out the audio clips, but is definitely Matt.

How was it Matt if Matt wasn't in the band when the film was released, and the soundtrack was done before the films release date?

Maybe he was not in the band officially, but was around at the time. You can't just hire a new band member without sessions/auditions.

  4. This is the only footage from this now famous show. Shot October 13, 1989 at the Parkview Plaza Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. A few nights later The band opened for the Rolling Stones at The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Another Biff Tv and The Ponce exclusive.

Damn, only 9 minutes and half - where is the rest? They were on fire!

  5. Dirty Harry " Are you feeling lucky punk"?

That was never said in any Dirty Harry movie. ;)

I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
