Im not sure Axl can make all that analysis, he lives in a world of no poverty.
He's probably more upset that on top of having to "deal" with the fans, take the time for the picture and the autograph, he also finds out that such autograph (he took time to sign) does not end directly in the hands of a fan, which is also depicable but I find it useless to stop signing stuff because of that, since I think the real fans, most of the time, outnumber the ebayers.

How can one know who's an ebayer and who's not?
Not sure if that guy is a real fan or an ebayer but usually they move around with loads of stuff, giant posters they carry in bags, etc.
In any case, Axl shouldn't worry so much. Not like he's gonna become less rich because of some guy selling his autograph.
Even real fans sell collectibles and tshirts and memorabilia once in a while.
There's no stopping for this.

Although, I can work out some deductions. In the previous song he talks about his "future ex-wife" and here he starts with "Now..." so that's present? But the lyrics of the song are in past tense, like talking about a woman you used to know.
So confusing!!!
I was also thinking that if he says "ex-wife" before YSANL, it could be a response to what Adriana Smith was saying to the Mirror, about Erin not knowing how to please Axl.

I think it's interesting as well, because it looks like Axl is around babies a lot nowadays. Vanessa and Fernando both have one and they drag them along everywhere, even through the entire AC/DC tour. They have at least one nanny for the babies with them as well from what I saw in Vienna. I saw Vanessa's kid out and about a couple of times. Sometimes with the nanny, sometimes with her parents.

I don't think it's crazy to think that Slash and Duff would say those things given their drug addict state of mind and the fact that they were all fighting around the time major shit hit the fan. Slash is pretty harsh when he wants to. Like when he says "I didn't want to do any more Stephanie Seymour ballads", that's a mean thing to say and its provocative, so I wouldn't be surprised he called Axl loser or whatever.
Stephanie, I don't know, but in the middle of a fight I think it's also possible that she called him names as well.
