AC/DC for me. You just can't compete when Bon Scott is on the other song.

What was Steven supposed to do? Showing up at rehearsals without anyone inviting him? -

That's how a band works. They vetoed him out. 4 against 1 is the majority. They could have done the same with Axl in the 90s but he left the band and kept the name. -
Angus said that he still has "two or three boxes" of material for new albums. He seems determined to run AC/DC as long as possible. Which is fine for me as long Brian and Stevie (of course) are involved in the studio.

Or maybe it was just a misconception from the fans? We don't know how the inner circle of a band works. I got the impression because of how stable the Ballbreaker line-up was. Also the Inclusion of Stevie and Chris. That was my first thought when I saw him. The No Bull DVD

It's interesting. I always thought that Angus would only consider former band members or family members as replacements. The inclusion of Chris Chaney and Matt Laug proved me wrong. Matt Laug reminds me of Phil Rudd during the Ballbreaker tour visually.

Brian sounds better than on the BI and RoB tours. Those Gigs are his best live performances since SuL.

AC/DC _ Who Made Who

I wonder at which point Angus will end AC/DC. He said that he has "a couple of boxes" worth of albums. We saw that he can replace any of the other members. I wonder if he will hire another singer if Brian retires someday.
-
I'm just glad that Angus is able to continue AC/DC at this point. Of course I would be happy with Cliff and Phil being in the band but "the show must go on" as Malcolm always said.

Great line-up, great show, great setlist. Angus carries the torch for Mal, Bon and George. Brian sings really good and has recovered from his RoB trauma. The ryhthm section consisting of Stevie, Matt Laug and Chris Chaney is doing great. LET THERE BE ROCK Edit: Stevie, Matt and Chris can never replicate the magic of the classic rhythm sections (Dirty Deeds, Let There Be Rock) but they don't need to. They are doing a great job on their own.

That's actually not the first time Slash and Brian are playing together. Brian was on stage with VR back in the mid-2000s -

Great tune with Brian. Totally awesome to see two members of my favourite Bands working together. -
No offense to Myles but I would enjoy Slash's solo efforts a lot more with Todd as the frontman.
