Chris1989 Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 Knee surgery is *usually* a pretty quick initial recovery, people were in surgery AM and walking after 24 hours, discharged after 60 hours. Walking without crutches doesn't take long, and then the muscle builds up pretty quick once you are weight bearing.
