whats a SIXX AM thread doing here anyway?

It's about DJ's guitar playing and style's on the album and how he could incorporate on a GN'R album, not the album itself.

Not about an album that came out 20 year's ago.

The SIXX AM album has no place here - its not Guns N'Roses :xmassrudolph:

- they should have a separate section for side projects

I do agree with you for once, there should be a side project section on here.

I have to agree with first post of this topic.

Well, Ashba is very similar to Slash, both of them are good guitarist, with really good technique but they aren't unique (like Buckethead, Finck and not from GNR: Nick McCabe, Bernard Butler etc). Slash and Ashba rather base on image and some kind of stereotype of rock star, that's why they are so popular (especially Slash). They're good writers but only in generic rock song, they're lacking in creative and writing more ambitious and complicated songs.

That's why I love Robicn Finck and Buckethead, they have own style but they could play everything and leave own mark in it.

I really hope Axl isn't writing with DJAshba what a generic crock of shit that album is.Nugnr fans surely can't think that DJASHBA is capable of writing great GnR songs. Not one memorable riff or song in sight.Makes Slash's solo album look as good as Appetite.Nugnr is surely dead if Axl writes any songs with DJ

So there's no hope for the next GN'R output in DJASh gets involved
