The one thing that kinda annoys me it’s that in every interview every GNR member promotes their solo gigs...it’s like they are doing the interview only to promote themselves.If you are committed to the band, you believe in it and want help the band be more successful, use your 6 minutes to promote GNR, not yourself.Still, I’m pretty happy that we are seeing activity from GNR. DJ was pretty cool, even though he advertised a lot for a 10-minute interview, Dizzy seems like an awesome chill-out guy and Bumblefoot's interview was kinda messed up by Don and Jim. The interviews were aimless and the abrupt cuts were particularly poor. I haven’t had an opportunity to see the other interviews as a result of my location so I cannot comment. He sounded humble and grateful to be there as he should.Tommy loves his booze and is looking a lot like Scott Weiland these days. He also seems like he has a short fuse and is barely containing a simmering anger. DJ......sigh........is terrible for this band. He said Axl had been following him for 10 years before he auditioned?? DJ was the best you could do?? Anyway he said Axl wants him to rework some of the stuff from the chinese sessions which means he will record over Robin's stuff. This is very sad.Bumble - i got nothin.BTW the interview questions were really on point during this. Wish they coulda been this focused for Axl. Nothing about him is sincere its like he's acting a part 24/7. And skill-wise he doesn't have the chops to be in GNR. He can't play any of the Robin solos worth a damn.
