ITW 2012
Would anybody else like to see Slash, Duff, Stevie and whoever else tour playing GNR songs this Summer? I really think they should do it. I'm not a Myles fan, but the other guys sound so amazing together. New GNR has never played Paradise City this good, imo. Powerage5
No thanks. It was kind of nice that they were still able to play something at the ceremony, but that was enough for me. Besides, Slash is gonna busy doing his thing this Summer.
cliffburton
I'd pay to see it. Try and get Izzy or just get Gilby. Prefer someone else over Myles tho.
WhazUp
I wouldn't want it to be a full on tour, but I would love to see a couple of gigs at the Whiskey or Troubador or something and have a couple of gigs where they just jam and rock out

Chewbacca
Yeah, why not? They're doing fine. Just get another singer.
Original GNR
If Slash, Duff, Steven/Matt, Izzy formed a band and toured, playing a VERY select few GnR songs - such as It's So Easy and Dust N Bones - and recorded a new album together I would fucking love that. Duff half-seriously mentioned doing something like that with Izzy last summer, but quickly retracted it. And as we know, Izzy was interested in the VR project until the other guys were adamant on getting a lead singer.

_HelloBeatle_
Well, I have no problem paying to see Slash & Myles (great show 2 yrs ago!) and I have no problem paying to see Axl & Co. (amazing show 5 mo. ago!) so YES!

axlsalinger
In theory, they could add Izzy and Gilby on rhythm, and have Duff & Izzy do vocals.

Izzy and Duff can sing pretty well. Is it Axl? No, but at least it wouldn't be a wannabe shitting on old material.
Freddie Mercury's Ghost
They could just call it "Guns".Or revive Slash's Snakepit with Myles/Slash/Duff/Matt/Steven/Gilby Edited April 16, 2012 by Freddie Mercury's Ghost
GibsonLP
This would be really good. They could play all sorts of deep GnR cuts that Axl's band don't touch Like locomotive and Coma
Freddie Mercury's Ghost
Alternate idea:Call the band "Illusions" with Slash, Duff, Matt, Gilby, and Teddy ZigZag.

WhazUp
I was just listening to the SCOM version from last nightNow SCOM was played very well at the 2 GNR shows I have seen in the past couple of months, but this version from the HOF just has such energy and power to it, I love it! Its so great to hear it played by Slash, Duff, and Stven (and Gilby). Myles did awesome as well - of course nobody can sing it like Axl but he did very well
