Cosmo
Just stumbled upon Benny Benassi's remix of Doom and Gloom and really loved it. Do any of you know any more awesome remixes like this? Especially for working out.

highvoltage
Check out Gramatik's Stairway to Hip-Hop Heaven. Not a workout track, but one of my favourite remixes ever.

Just needed to build up to something else, like the second part of Stairway.

Daedalus
Rock 'n' roll songs shouldn't be remixed!
Cosmo
Rock 'n' roll songs shouldn't be remixed!I respectfully disagree. When done properly, a remix can give a song new life. Here's an example of a good rock n' roll song turning into an amazing electro bossa nova song: You can't deny the remix is actually at least as good as the original song. DieselDaisy
I like Glover's remixes on the Purple remasters. They are just there as bonus tracks - you can completely ignore them of you object - but he introduces some different solos and extended intros etc.
