AndreCC
My guess is the intro was changed and there would be more of guitars. No Shit Sherlock!

James Bond
Remember this bumblefoot livestream? on 21.50 there is some difference on the intro of OMG I don't think that's particularly conclusive. Whenever Ron noodles he combines various parts. Listen to his Civil War right before that - he combines what Slash (now Richard) plays and what Izzy (now DJ) plays. It's like his Don't Cry instrumental - he adds bits of the vocal melody, different voicings of certain chords, and so on. Here, the lick he plays in the intro of Oh My Gos is there on the original and he's just adding the root/bass note underneath.
Bruno P.
Listen to the instrumental of the song @ YouTube. The intro you're referring to kicks in at the 11 seconds mark.
ManetsBR
Why do you want it to be different?I don't. I love the original version. It was amazing live on 2001:
Black Roses
I thought that "The only one in the game that's lost is you" with no instrumental was a part of the 2001 version, but now i know it's not, coz Axl sang the lyrics wrong . Flayer
I think he should keep that ending, it worked great. It was the only part of the vocals that sounded awesome in Rio.
