PappyTron
Well done Liverpool fans, City respect your pity parade that you used to promote your club and in return you smash the window on a City Coach.Need I say more really.Edit: Oh, and the booing during the minutes silence at the Liberty was outside of the ground, not Chelsea fans inside.Pity Parade? It's a remembrance for 96 innocent people who died whilst watching a sport that they loved. The reason why Hillsborough is remembered so strongly is because its wounds run so deep for so many people. Imagine waving your husband and son off as they go to watch a game of football, only they never return. In addition to that, the media tells lies, saying that the blame rests with those who died, that fans were stealing from the dead, fighting with police and urinating on the medics who were trying to help. Hillsborough happened 25 years ago, a generation ago, and the fact is that the full truth has still to come out. When people from Liverpool say that they want justice for the 96 what they are saying is that they want the truth to be made public and for the people, from the police right up to Downing Street, who lied, changed and destroyed evidence and destroyed people's lives, to be brought to justice. Anyone who cannot sympathise with that, get behind it and support that is missing a key component of the human condition because what Hillsborough represents is the love that we should all have for each other.
Conor
Even if the window smashing did happen, it's a pretty sweeping generalisation to associate that to all fans of a club. Some people are cunts, it's got nothing to do with what football club they support. It's that kind of ignorance and overly aggressive attitude that gives football a bad name, and it's not hard to see why.
The Sandman
Agreed. There are things that should never be brought up and dishonoured - irrespective of feelings towards certain individuals. Insensitive.
Ryan95
Just downloaded and installed acestream as I think someone mentioned it on here, how do you watch matches on it though? Or what's the best way/websites to watch the city game tonight?
Tater Totts
Everton and City both losing, didn't expect that.
Ryan95
That be the end of the title dream for us, fucking abysmal yet again. Scored inside 2 minutes then absolutely no intensity or passion afterwards until they went 2-1 up. Almost as if we scored and went yeah that will do we got the 3 points now. No Toure and no Silva = no drive from midfield and no creativity. The team at the foot of the premiership outplayed us for large portions of that game, if ever a damming quote there was, that would be it. Tater Totts
Always difficult playing relegation threatened sides at the end of the season while they're fighting for their lives.

Chris1989
I love it when Barca lose a big game, they are the most sore losers in football and often have hilarious excuses.
Tater Totts
Loved it when Xavi came out after the 7-0 loss to Bayern last year and claimed a moral victory because they had more possession
Chris1989
I think Bales goal is being massively overrated. He kicked it about 2x before the penalty area and relied solely on pace . I'm just waiting for the insulting comparison to Ryan Giggs against Arsenal.
Tater Totts
A little overrated yeah but to have the energy and strength to run that far, at that pace and hold off a defender when he tries to foul you on the byline in the 85th minute was impressive.Nowhere near the calibre of Gigg's goal against Arsenal but still a great goal. wasted
looks like Liverpool unless Chelsea can orchestrate some kind of win against Liverpool. sort of want Liverpool to win it. they deserve it. played attacking football all season. wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea nick it at the death though. moreblack
Some say Bartra is still chasing and trying to catch up to Bale, as of this morning.
Guest Len B'stard
Quite frankly there's nothing special about the Bale or the Giggs one, Bale didn't actally do much except have more pace than the one bloke on him...and as for Giggses one well that was just a bunch of idiot Arsenal players oddly refusing to commit to a tackle, could've been averted pretty fuckin' easily really, they invited it. Chris1989
Theo Walcott against Newcastle was better than Gareth Bale. In fact, often Theo Walcott is better than Bale.
Guest Len B'stard
Neymar gonna have some long nights after his shot off the post in the final minutes...I rate Neymar y'know, Pepe and that other lad were on him and he turned it up, for a skinny little thing he was really givin' it, weren't he? Bit of a fuckin' disaster all around for Barca really, severe drop in form, management issues, banned from the transfer market, they were on for the treble a couple of weeks back and now they ain't on for shit.Quite frankly Bale missed a load of sitters for being the 80 million pound man that he is., could've been 4 or 5-1. Tater Totts
The Walcott goal was obscene, I remember rewatching it about 6 times wonder how the hell it went in.From what I saw while reading Neymar did alright, probably Barca's best player. Guest Len B'stard
The fuck was my boy Messi playing at? Then again, fuckin' hell, drop in form they say, 9 goals in the last 12 games? The guy is on 30 something goals this season, Suarez is up to that much and he's being lauded as having invented sliced bread.

Cuz they couldn't catch em, it's not even close to the same thing, Maradona, Messi, they can't catch/touch em...with the Giggs one they are jus following alongside him, at least three people well positioned for tackles, Giggs doesn't have anything like the pace or ball control of a Messi or Maradona, it's a ridiculous comparison. That was just Arsenal stupidity. Messi and Maradona have/had ball retention skills that were out of this world, it's not even close to the same thing.
