jmapelian
What is it with the dead crowds in these videos? It's not like UK crowds are the wildest but I'm sure there'd be some sign of life if they were bearing witness to Slash and Joe Perry trading guitar licks. Not saying it has to be a South American death pit, but there's got to be a happy medium.Hats off to Steven Tyler for kicking ass at 66.Aerosmith has an older fan base, and older folks are more mellow
Tom-Ass
I was there and rocking out from Slash's first song til Aerosmith's last.. 7:30 is early but there was still a constant flow people pouring in there if you watch the videos. You see more and more people every song. The place was full and rocking the fuck out by the end of Slash's set.Anastasia and Slither also got great reactions.. The were alot better received than most opening bands.Looks pretty packed to meSweet Childhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZaYxDQ_nCkParadise Cityhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEvuwMPE_yg Edited July 19, 2014 by Tom-Ass

uctalum01
got my tickets to Foxwoods.....theater looks small so should have good seats....Slash and then John Mayall a few weeks later........Sept will be a good month................ Damn right, the theater holds only 1,400 which is why the ticket prices are so high. If it was in the nearby MGM Grand theater which is more than twice as big, prices would have been probably similar to what they were for the Boston HOB shows. I've seen a couple gigs in the Fox Theater, it's really a great venue ... very comfortable and a great view from literally every seat.Yeah September will be a good month for me too, Slash + TPR + Jeter's last ever game. You're going to Jeter's last game?! Nice!Never been to any of the venues at Foxwoods. Haven't even been to Foxwoods in a while. I tend to go to Mohegan. Closer and I just like it better. That's also where the events I go to tend to be.

Thought it looked small! We are in the section section but still looks like 20 something row seats so should be a great show...........$80 a ticket is not really expensive to me to see one of my favorite artists so I think it is well worth it..........Jeter's last game.....very sad day for us Yankee fans as it is an end of an era................ Slash2baz
Tonight's setlist in Northfield is quite similar to Hampton Beach headlining gig.Opening with "Hard n' Fast". New songs Stone blind, 30 years to Life, World On Fire and YCBM are in the set. Shots Fired is back too.

Fuck, I always wanted to hear Shots Fired, saw the band 8 times on AL, but never got it .Side note: anyone notice Joey Kramer playing drums during the supposed stop-time in Mama Kin? Really bothers me, how long has he been doing this?

I just checked their schedule and it's showing something like "Alternative Press Awards" for tonight at 8. Is that the same thing?
Lio
Must say Alternative Press Award sounds slightly less awesome than Guitar Legend Award
