Patience 4 Axl
Man, I really don't want to drive an hour and a half each way when they come in September but Aerosmith's sets have been so good, and Slash plays with them. FuckkkkkkA WHOLE hour and a half? It's taken me longer to commute to work some days. I've rarely gone to concerts where I'm a big fan of both the opening and headlining bands. This was a treat. If you do like both, it's well worth the short trip.

Slash2baz
Ok guys, it's not announced yet but hey let's leak some stuff for you ! As far as i know: Slash & the Conspirators will play 3 shows in L.A for the launching of "World on Fire", Live from Sunset Strip.- Troubadour on Sept 23- Roxy on Sept 25- Whisky A Gogo on Sept 26Tickets will be on sale August 1rst. on Slash official website.I don't get clearly the other part but sounds like one show or maybe 3 of them or maybe just some parts will be broadcasted on AUDIENCE (Direct TV) on November 9th just before european tour starts. Need to check this part because it's not clear yet but Slash will probably announce the whole thing very soon.

classicrawker
It is at the casino so I would not be too worried about slow sales at this point..........plenty of time and there will be a fair amount of walkup sales of in my experienceNormally I would agree, but the weekend after Labor Day is usually like the weekend after New Year's Day .... party's over, most people staying home to chill ...Did not consider that so you may be right...in any case I have my tickets and will have a good time
Towelie
Anyone else surprised Slash is playing arenas now? Do you think he'll be able to sell out venues like Wembley??
Slash2baz
Anyone else surprised Slash is playing arenas now? Do you think he'll be able to sell out venues like Wembley??Well, on the last tour he made Hammersmith + 2 x Brixton Academy sold out so Wembley Arena makes sense. I'm quite sure the venue will be sold out in November. The european tour coming is probably his biggest in terms of audience.
Anguyen92
Anyone else surprised Slash is playing arenas now? Do you think he'll be able to sell out venues like Wembley??Well, they should be able to do good numbers in the arenas. It's not like they are going to announce these venues and only fill like half of it. Otherwise, they could have done Brixton or Hammersmith, with no problem selling those out, instead, but like Slash2baz, stated, they already did two back-to-back nights in Brixton, so this is the next step up. Axl_morris
Anyone else surprised Slash is playing arenas now? Do you think he'll be able to sell out venues like Wembley??Depends what wembley venue you are talking about. He should sell out wembley arena with 12000 capacity in a city of 12,000,000 plus those willing to travel into london. He has the same size venue in the rest of the country with no where near the population of london. So the MEN arena in Manchester with 17,000 capa ity might be a tougher gig to sell out. With only leeds 40 minutes away with another 13000. Guest Gunns
Does anyone else wish the Multitracks from slashs album would leak so the first thing we can do is mute the Myles vocal and actually start to enjoy the music

Anguyen92
It's a b-side from their last album. Generally, you don't see those get played on a tour before their new album is out. I'm really quite surprised that they actually played it along with Crazy Life in the 1st place. Those are very good songs. Crash Diet
Carolina is a simple song, but better than Not For me (too much cheesyness in Myles ballads)Also Frank Sidoris looks like Bubmlefoot with healthy hairFingers crossed for 2 new songs recorded other than a potato
ZoSoRose
Man, I really don't want to drive an hour and a half each way when they come in September but Aerosmith's sets have been so good, and Slash plays with them. FuckkkkkkYour crying about 90 minutes.Well, its jsut that I've seen Aerosmith twice and Slash like 5 times. I also have to work the next day. If it was someone I had to see that I haven't before or GNR or something I would definitely do it. I probably will go but if not, its fine, since I've seen Aerosmith and Slash

Tom-Ass
Would love to see Not For Me performed live again, very underrated song IMO. And what about Carolina? It's been nearly two years since they have performed that in the states.I love Carolina as well. Was dumb that they made ita B-Side.. They played "Not For Me" a couple weeks ago in NH. Love that song too.
