GonzoThesaurus
I'm a young'un, so I was a baby when UYI came out. But listening to the albums, it makes me think about how 'Perfect Crime' would have been the perfect album opener for UYI (Right Next Door To Hell sucks). It basically opens like WTTJ, and it's a badass song. I think even Axl knew this cause he opened a bunch of shows on the UYI tour with Perfect Crime. But shit, do you think 52 year old Axl could do a rendition of this killer song? BreakDown2014
In 2010 he would have ripped it off, now I'm not sure. Maybe as an opener he would sing it properly (as he does with WTTJ), but after the first 5 songs it would be full Mickey
Black Sabbath
In 2006 and 2010 probably. Vegas 2014 was great, but I don't think he could have done it then even.
maynard
Can you imagine Perfect Crime with his clean voice? All the aggressiveness would be gone. I'd like to see that, actually.

IncitingChaos
I don't think his stamina or breathing has been good enough to pull off a song like this. 2002 would be the last time I believe he could have done it. 2006 and 2010 didn't have that effortless look that he did in his prime. He had to grind for those great performances in 06-10. So I would say no. It's just a song that would need to be slowed down. It would be great to see him try though! Jwalker19
He would probably perform it like he did in Indiana 1991.
SlashisGOD
No chance in hell could he sing it AND make it sound good, not these days.

War2k14
Didn't he do a good job on nice boys recently? If he practiced I think so.. But I worry cuz even tho we got rasp is was like a sore throat rasp unintentional at sounding and some parts where he screamed w rasp his voice sounded blown. Maybe w some rest he could. Yesterday's was more adaptable for him but I think he could do perfect crime if he wanted

superloconoriega
i doubt he could even sing all the lyrics while the band played the song.
Val22
I love this song, but this song is super fast to sing.Since the second verse mostly has the "fuck" word in it, I don't think Axl could forget the words to this sing. lol
GUNNER PT
I belive that, yes he could.
bacardimayne
Maybe. He can still do Nice Boys. He'd have to stand still but I think he could do the vocals justice. He's a hell of a lot better in that range than he would be at singing Locomotive or something in that vein. Trin9498
He can hardly pull off Patience. There is no way he is pulling this off. Plus, one of things that made this song good was the energy he had while performing. He's too slow now.
wasted
It's kind of an Izzy song so there's no one there to push for it really. Axl wil probably do his songs then the others choose. I think Ron wants to do it?
Ant
I love seein' Axl just killing it with his moves with that busted leg he had... and that howl.... ....meanwhile Slash really butchered that solo haha... (love me some Slash). Edited July 19, 2014 by Ant
wasted
Is there a tube vid of Perfect Crime Wembley 91?That seemed phenomenon.
MrSoftie
Maybe if it was slowed down a little (just a few BPM) and if they added an extra bar at the end of the verses for Axl to take a breath, like they did with Prostitute.
Mendez
Axl seems to have a stronger voice in the higher notes he sings (like the last chorus after the bridge in WTTJ, always strong iirc) so I'd say it could be could be possible
