Are they actual outtakes from 13? I heard that they were planning a new album but Geezer and Ozzy backed out on the idea? I sort of stopped giving a fuck about Sabbath with this last iteration of the Ozzy lineup. As far as I'm concerned, the band died when Dio died. I'm not the biggest fan. I dislike it when artists/bands attempt to re-create a style from their past, and most of 13 is a blatant re-write of the first two Sabbath albums. That’s exactly my problem with it.
