EvanG Posted July 13 Share Posted July 13 (edited) Apparently he told the police that he wasn't on his phone and I'm guessing it's going to be hard to prove that he was and that's why he wasn't arrested in the first place and is now out on tour with Pearl Jam. The security camera pic I saw on RHCP Reddit looked like he was on his phone, though, but that was before he turned the corner and hit the guy. Yeah, but that’s the thing… is that picture from 2 seconds before he hit the guy or 10 seconds? That makes all the difference. If there is no footage from the exact moment when he hit the guy, it’s going to be impossible to know if he was using his phone at exactly that moment.
