I wanted to see the first show of tour because I hadn't before. Well I was at Hammerstein but I can't remember if that was first or not. For two hours, you wouldn't have to get a hotel and you should be able to get in very cheaply through the box office or StubHub so hopefully it's a good show for you guys. In a comfortable, seated setting, occasionally standing, much more like a theatrical experience. There are others who like to jump and dance around, etc. That's why there's a pit. I wouldn't go so far as to call the people that prefer the calmer setting as "shit". It's what they like, and thus they get those seats.
