I guess Billy didn't bring his own. Yeah I agree with this, that would definitely help. Didn’t Billy recorded his parts in Miami or something? Yeah, I was looking at the guitar like huh? Is that a Slash guitar??

Gordon Comstock
Man I'm hyped for this tour... even if Teddy ends up singing most of the show it's gonna be lots of fun. I forget which interview, but he said they had around 25 songs rehearsed, really hoping for a Snakepit song or two.

I got used listening to this song with Demi Lovato singing it and watching the original music video is a lot of fun, but this version is even better imo. It got rid of the pop factor she brings in and I like it even more this way. Teddy did a good job, too. I wouldn’t be bothered if he sings one or two sentences per song, like in this case Musically this band tops everything Slash was involved in a lot of years, probably in decades. You can feel the chemistry even through a low quality video like this Edited Sunday at 06:02 AM by Free Bird
Ralphelmo
There's something missing, besides Slash finding a hell of a drummer (again), vocally this live band is not convincing me, neither Tash nor Teddy are good vocalists to me. Gary Clark would make the difference, the warmup clips from one of the BTS episodes have shown how good he is. Yea hiring a good blues vocalist to tour and perform the album material would make all the difference. You need that strong frontman for a band. I thought it was good but they were playing a bit too fast.. This song needs to groove.. And wtf with Teddy.. Even that one line he sang was cringey lol Agree with others that Tash didn't kill it either but much better than Teddy.. I am sure they will get tighter as they go.

History2010 Posted yesterday at 02:37 AM Share Posted yesterday at 02:37 AM So this band is officially a new lineup of Slash's Blues Ball? That's how Slash introduced them 1
Ant000 Posted yesterday at 04:23 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:23 AM (edited) Man Billy has the coolest f'n voice! I don't actually like the final song that much -- it kinda drags for me with the solos. But that vocal highlighted in the video is insanely cool. 75 years old. Not the biggest fan of the solos either but the song is cool af. Love the Keys, the voice and how heavy the riff is played.

Tom-Ass Posted yesterday at 05:47 PM Share Posted yesterday at 05:47 PM Just heard "Oh Well" on the Sirius Outlaw Country Station. Songs always sound better when you hear them unexpectedly like that.

Nevertheless, I still haven’t heard any of the new songs anywhere. Such a well received and highly praised album. Sad sad musicworld. A damn good one, but none the less just a cover album. Probably has something to do with it.
jacdaniel
I never saw Slash with a pedalboard before. Wish I could properly see it. I see the crybaby and I think a tube screamer but not sure what else is on there?
