AtariLegend Posted September 6 Share Posted September 6 Seen Beetlejuice Beetlejuice today on release. For context the original Beetlejuice is one of my all time favorite films. I was curious about a sequel for years, but not sure what to expect from this. Most sequels to films from years ago tend not to go well (Blade Runner 2049/Mad Max: Fury Road being among the few exceptions) ...And I have to say, it's actually not as bad as I thought it would be. It's not perfect and I'd definitely would not have included a couple of characters/subplots that don't add much to it, but on a whole it does work.
