Sex Pistols and Frank Carter at the o2 Academy in Glasgow on Sunday night there. Carter did the songs authentically whilst still letting his own persona shine through. I saw the band with Lydon back in 2008 (I think) at Loch Lomond, and although it was fun, his voice really doesn't work for the Pistols material and hasn't for a long time. In fairness, when I saw PiL the following year and he seemed a whole lot more into it. The band genuinely looked to be properly enjoying themselves without any toxic presence there and also having someone who can perform the songs properly.
