aidlook
There's always gonna be a way around it...what you're allowed to share on the internet differs in between nations...but I still think it's stupid to even bring up the idea.. Guest JohnUlmer
Ultimate-Guitar.com is gonna lose a lot of visitors. This sucks, but it's understandable. A good number of tabs are taken straight from the books and companies lose money. I sympathize with you guys as I, too, take tabs from the 'Net - but you shouldn't act surprised that they're (finally) taking action...I'm sure they lose a good deal of money on tabs - it's the same as sharing music files on P2P networks. For those of you who care quite a bit, there will still be ways of downloading tabs - just as there are still ways to download music. ThePartyBoy
You guys have nothing to worry about. Remember: Downloading music is illegal. Now raise your hand if you abide by that law. Didn't think so.And tabs are much smaller anyway, so its even harder to track who's sharing and how much n' all that shit. Werd mo' fuckaz

Most people look one song up to learn it...very few of those would go and buy the officially released sheetmusic for the whole album. He also was pissed at people posting lyrics wich is like quoting someone. Look I think the guy's trying to seek some attention or something..
AxlisOld
As long as it has the disclaimer (check mxtabs for it, I believe they display it) that the work contained herein is the personal interpretation of the author, and has no purpose other than reseach or other personal private use. But if it is taken directly from a book, yes, they're illegal.
