70's without a doubt rock3

It was the decade that music was also at it's peak of creativeness. (Not to mention the best albums ever were released them, Led Zep IV, Darkside of the Moon, The Wall, Animals, Machine Head, In Rock)

It was the decade that Rock was REAL.

In the 80's Rock became a pop parody of itself <_< (Though Metal was at it's best in the 80's)

Deep Purple - In Rock & Machine Head.

Bob Marley - Rastaman Vibration, Exodus & Kaya.

The Ramones - Ramones, Leave Home & Rocket To Russia.

Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers.

John Lennon - Imagine & Shaved Fish

CCR- Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bayou Country, Green River, Willie and the Poor Boys

Steppenwolf- Steppenwolf, The Second

Beatles- Revlolver, Rubber Soul, Sgt. Pepper's

Beach Boys- Pet Sounds

Jefferson Airplane- Surrealistic Pillow

Stevie Wonder- 12 Year Old Genius, I Was Made To Love Her

And everything recorded by Johnny Cash and Elvis (there's too much to list.)
