PropertyOfKR
Might sound quite pussy but Ronan Keaton - When You Say Nothing At All.I always cry when I hear it but that's most likely because it was played at the funeral of someone close. There's so many sad songs I listen to but the main one is probably Don't Cry. nameless_girl
Bruce Springsteen - Streets of PhiladelphiaI love it to bits and pieces, but I can't even listen to that song any more. It makes me want to kill myself. And I don't mean that I get choked up and tearful; it's more like a tired and half-heartedly depressed 'Oh god, just shoot me' sentiment. Same thing with Don't Cry and a couple of other songs. That's what happens when you keep punctuating all your lowest points with the same few songs for years. Ugh. Paranoid Android
Leonard Cohen - Famous Blue Raincoat Colin Hay - I Just dont think ill ever get over youThe Cohen song always gets me. No matter what mood I'm in, when it comes on, I instantly freeze up and just listen to it in a hypnotic kind of sad state. The lyrics and melody are so powerful yet so soft. I think the saddest songs people like depend completely on what kind of experiences they've had and how they relate to the songs. Colourblind by Counting Crows is very sad also. axlslash
Bob Dylan - Like A Rolling StoneI saw him in April 2005, when I was kind of depressed due to several things happening all at once and turning my life upside down. He played that song (my favorite song) for the first time in over 3 months that night, and it completely turned me around and set me straight. Since then, listening to that song makes me happy no matter how sad or down I am.

Dead Flower
The Noose - A Perfect CircleGood call. Damn, APC are awesome. There's a long list of talent that has slipped though Axl's fingers, but Billy Howerdel is right near the top of the list.

It's like that joke, ya know.. why dont they let Donkey's go to college? Because nobody likes a smartass.. so it's, why wont anybody work with Axl, cause nobody likes a bitch to try and tell you what to do. Thats what y'all dont understand, there's prolly not that many fuckin people who would play with Axl, regardless the price. Why would you? So you could be that guy who trie dto play in that one band with that has-been rocker from the 80's? Thats a good career move, if you plan on moving your career to the toilet.
